Paul Cashin Architects Have Started Concept Work on Contemporary Extension to Grade 2 Listed Property in Twyford, Hampshire
Paul Cashin Architects have been appointed to remodel an 18th century cottage in the village of Twyford, near Winchester, Hampshire. The listed dwelling has seen various extensions and refurbishments over the last 150 years and currently suffers with poor light levels and damp, common to properties of this type.
We have been asked by the owners of the house to consider a contemporary extension that connects the existing kitchen to a modern and contrasting open plan dining and living space. The design will also include a downstairs WC and shower area, and storage for a busy and active family. The design will be presented to the Conservation team at Winchester City Planning for listed building consent in the Spring.

Our office is located in Winchester, Hampshire, but we undertake projects across Hampshire, Dorset and the whole of Southern England.
