The project is for a contemporary new build dwelling replacing an existing house of the same name within the Hampshire countryside in the village of Upham, near Winchester.

Island Cottage is an existing dwelling constructed in 1830, in a conservation area at the southern limit of Sidlesham Quay village, West Sussex. The project to refurbish the house will involve an extension, internal modification and landscape design. The property was highlighted by the local authority as a key example of rural vernacular character for homes in the area, but also sited in a major flood risk area. Our design therefore includes a landscaping strategy that alleviates flood risk by providing a bung to the garden edge, whilst encouraging native species planting to take over a new timber structure that is directly connected to the house. This approach will help to plant the house in its surroundings, which is vital given the local connection to the Sidlesham Nature Reserve.

We are delighted to announce the completion of The Fox; a newly opened restaurant and public house in the village of Crawley, near Winchester, in Hampshire. The project includes a full scale refurbishment of a dilapidated and uninhabitable Grade II Listed building originating from the early 17th Century.

Our design for a contemporary single storey rear extension and renovation to a bungalow in Emsworth, Hampshire has received planning approval.
The project includes building a new rear extension containing an additional living space with a feature hearth, as well as re-modelling the existing property internally. Additionally, a landscape scheme to the rear garden has been developed to complement the extension.

Marshall House is a new contemporary extension to a Grade 2 listed dwelling in the village of Twyford, near Winchester, Hampshire.
The proposal developed through discussion and collaboration with the users and the local Winchester planning authority in order to reach a design solution taking the form of a modern single storey extension providing a dining area, garden room, additional storage, utility and shower room facilities.

Site Update on a scheme to refurbish, renovate and extend the Fox public house in Crawley, Hampshire.
The existing building is a Grade II listed property dating from the early 1800's that has fallen into a state of dilapidation after being left unused for a number of years.

The project includes renovating and extending a Grade II Listed dwelling in Winchester, Hampshire.
Due to the listed status of the property, careful investigation was conducted into the history and formation of the dwelling in order to discover the age of different parts of the building fabric.
